Privacy policy

HD Creatives designs websites and AI tools for businesses in the Greater Toronto Area. The person responsible for privacy here is Havan Rai. You can reach us at contact@hdcreatives.app.

Only what you choose to send us:

• Through the contact form: your name and email, and if you add them, your business name, phone number, industry, the services you’re interested in and your message.
• If you send a design from the Builder, a one-line summary of the options you picked.
• If you email us directly, whatever you include in your email.
• When you browse, anonymous visit details (see visit counts below).

The demo sites and Premium demos on this site are samples. Their forms and chat windows aren’t connected to anything, so nothing you type into them is sent.

This site doesn’t use cookies for tracking or advertising, and there are no ad pixels, so there’s no cookie banner.

We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics. It works without cookies or any other identifier saved on your device, and it doesn’t follow you to other websites. For each page view it records the page, the website that linked to it, your browser and type of device, your country and how quickly the page loaded. We only see totals, never who you are, and we use them to learn which pages are useful.

One small setting can be saved in your own browser: if you try the theme picker on the Features page, it remembers the colour you picked. It stays on your device and is never sent to us. Clearing your browser’s site data removes it.

If we ever add tools that use cookies, we’ll update this page and ask for your consent first.

• To reply to your enquiry and book a call if you ask for one.
• To prepare a proposal if you ask us for one.
• To keep a record of our conversation.

We don’t add you to a newsletter or marketing list, and we don’t sell or rent your information to anyone.

We use a few companies to run this site. They only get what they need to do their job:

• Cloudflare hosts the site. Like any web host, it processes technical details such as your IP address to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse. It also provides our cookie-free visit counts.
• Google stores your enquiry: it arrives in our Gmail inbox and is saved to a private Google Sheet we use to keep track of replies. Only we can open it.
• Google Fonts supplies the typefaces on the Premium demo pages only, so Google receives your IP address and browser details when you open one of those demos.

Some of these companies process information outside Canada, mainly in the United States, where it may be accessible under local law.

We keep enquiries for 30 days, then delete them, unless you become a client. Contact-form messages go to our inbox and our private enquiries sheet; the website itself doesn’t keep a copy.

You can ask to see what we hold about you, correct it, delete it or withdraw your consent at any time. Email contact@hdcreatives.app and we’ll reply within 30 days.
